How to Change Your Email Password

You can change your email account password in two easy ways—either through your hosting client portal or by logging directly into cPanel. Choose the method that works best for you.


Method 1: Change Your Email Password via NEXSYS Digital Systems Client Portal

  1. Log in to Your Hosting Account
  2. Go to: https://nexsyspros.com/whmcs/index.php?rp=/login
  3. Enter your email address and password, then click Login.
  4. Access Your cPanel
  5. From the Client Area Dashboard, navigate to Services.
  6. Click on your active hosting package.
  7. Click Login to cPanel.
  8. Open Email Accounts
  9. In the cPanel dashboard, scroll to the Email section.
  10. Click on Email Accounts.
  11. Update the Password
  12. Find the email address you want to update.
  13. Click Manage next to the email address.
  14. Under Security, enter your new password or use the Generate button.
  15. Click Update Email Settings to save your changes.

Method 2: Change Your Email Password Directly Through cPanel

  1. Log in to cPanel Directly
  2. Go to: https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
  3. Enter your cPanel username and password.
  4. Go to Email Accounts
  5. Once logged in, scroll down to the Email section.
  6. Click on Email Accounts.
  7. Manage the Email Account
  8. Locate the email account you'd like to update.
  9. Click the Manage button next to it.
  10. Change the Password
  11. Under the Security section, input your new password.
  12. Use the Generate option for a strong password, or type one manually.
  13. Click Update Email Settings to apply the new password.

Password Tips

  • Use at least 8 characters
  • Include uppercase & lowercase letters
  • Add numbers and special characters for better security
